FENN’s New Technical Sales Manager
FENN sales manager, Craig Watterson, is pleased to announce that Adam Jacobson has recently joined the FENN team as Technical Sales Manager. Adam brings over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and is excited to develop into his new role. With 6 years of experience as a maintenance technician, Adam is familiar with a range of metal forming machinery, including CNC and hydraulic machines. Adam’s previous experience spans to heavy involvement in projects, products, quality control and personnel management, where he had hands-on experience in machine repairs, wiring, operation of equipment, and programming. More recently, for the past 4 years, Adam has held the position of General Manager where he was responsible for day-to-day operations of a manufacturing company. Adam was responsible for regular customer interactions, including traveling to facilities for onsite repairs and service. Adam’s additional responsibilities included strategic manufacturing planning, sales and price negotiation, and product shipping logistics. Bringing his vast skillset to the company, FENN is excited to welcome Adam.
In his new role at FENN, Adam looks forward to developing and identifying sales opportunities, managing existing customer relationships as well as developing relationships with new customers, and identifying new markets. Adam is excited to work collaboratively with the FENN team of account managers, product managers, engineers, and operations to ensure each customer is provided with top-notch technical solutions and premier customer service. “I’m excited to join this highly-driven company and be able to contribute my sales and service experience to the FENN team,” said Adam when asked about his decision to join FENN. Adam stated his interest for “expanding [his] knowledge of the spring industry and continuing to provide great service to our customers,” and looks forward to new opportunities with FENN.
