FENN Communication Regarding COVID-19
Dear Valued Customers,
During these times of uncertainty, the health and safety of you and those around you is the #1 priority. With information changing daily, and each state responding a bit differently to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we wanted to give you an update as to how FENN is currently operating. As a manufacturer of essential machinery, FENN has been deemed an essential business and will remain open. We are committed to taking extra precautions to protect our employees while continuing to provide service, parts, and sales of our equipment. We are here to support you. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any questions or concerns you may have. We can be best reached at info@fenn-torin.com or if you know your contact’s individual email please feel free to reach out.
FENN is located in Connecticut, where the recommendation at the moment is to work from home if at all possible, to prevent the further spread of the virus. We are adhering to the guidelines from the state of CT and currently those who can, are working remotely. As our customer, we want to reassure you that regardless of whether our team is in the office or working remotely we are available. Our IT Department has made sure that everyone who is working remotely has full access to any programs they need on a daily basis. We have ensured that our team is set-up with connectivity to allow them to be fully functional and able to support our customers in any way that we can. Our Account Managers, Products Managers and Service team are available by phone or e-mail so that we can maintain effective communication with our customers and partners.
There are some essential personnel still at the office and in the shop.
- Shipping & receiving is open.
- Machines are being assembled in the shop.
- Our Spare Parts Department is operating.
We are taking necessary precautions to keep our employees safe. Currently, we have less than 10 people in the office and shop. Employees are actively practicing social distancing while in the office and shop to protect themselves and fellow co-workers.
As far as service & support, we can still support our customers remotely. We will be monitoring the situation to make a decision on when and where it is safe to travel. For now, we can assist remotely to the best of our ability and are scheduling in-person service visits on a case-by-case basis.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep business running as best we can. This is an unprecedented time and we are doing our best given the current situation. We will send out relevant updates as they become available. Be sure to check our LinkedIn page for up-to-date information. Again, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Best Regards,
The FENN Team
